Salt Lake County has contracted with Stantec Consulting to be our project manager for the Water Quality Stewardship Plan (WaQSP). Although much of the work for the WaQSP development will be done either by Salt Lake County or Stantec Consulting, several plan elements have been sub-contracted to various consultants.
